from his creation of 4 startup companies, and from his consulting for many organizations.

As an entrepreneur, he managed companies through planned expansions as well as unforeseen contractions, and these phases of expansion and contraction create quite a different set of challenges. He has said, “An MBA will teach you about goal definitions, maximizing revenues and profitability factors. But only real business challenges (and your subsequent decisions) will reveal who you are, your values, business skills, tendencies, courage, savvy, ethics, loyalties and more.”

Bill also incorporates a wide variety of skills in his approach. As an example, he may optionally utilize mindfulness techniques, experiential workshops,
communications dialogue, and improvisational training in designing your custom plan.

As a long-time member and current President of the Metaphysical Center of NJ, he organically integrates consciousness values, universal laws, and spiritual principles into the overall process. Integrating these concepts delivers a values-based design and heart-centered leadership resulting in what many call a conscious organization. All these experiences have served him well in assisting his clients.
